Before you send a file

You never need to send a file to report a problem. A description of the format, roughly how large it was, and the message shown on screen is usually enough to reproduce it. If a file really is required, you will be asked for it explicitly.

Response time

This is a side project, so replies are not immediate and no response time is promised. Every report is read.
